Service Disruptions — Infrastructure Upgrade

Started: Mar 4, 2026 — Evening ET Last updated: Mar 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET Partial outage

We began rolling out infrastructure improvements on March 4th to improve long-term performance and reliability. These changes have caused intermittent service disruptions for some users, including errors or delays when syncing between Zendesk and your source control provider (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).

Our engineering team has been actively deploying fixes and we are seeing improvement, but service is not yet fully stable. We will continue updating this page as we make progress.
