Does Git-Zen support Azure DevOps Server (on-prem)?
Yes. Both Azure DevOps Services (dev.azure.com) and Azure DevOps Server are supported via PAT or OAuth. On-prem requires an outbound connection from your ADO Server to Git-Zen; no inbound firewall holes needed.
Can the support team pick which work item type a ticket creates?
Yes. Agents pick Bug, User Story, Feature, or Epic at creation time, so engineering doesn't inherit noisy triage work.
